This book is retold by Margaret Read MacDonald and illustrated by Eugenia Nobati. Bat’s big game is a personification book, animals are being like humans.  I think this book is very funny and interesting. This book is about a group of animal are playing soccer and they have two teams. One team is animal team and one team is bird team. But then bat came to play the game, and he is choosing which team to join. He joins the animal team because he thinks animal team are going to win, animals think he don’t look like an animal. But they still let bat join there team. When they start playing soccer bat realized that animal team is losing one point from bird team. So he decided to join the bird team. They let him join there team. But then he realized again that bird team is losing one point from animal so he decide to join the animal team again. This time bear didn’t let him join there team because bat join both teams over and over. So bat had to play soccer alone but he still enjoys. THE END !

This book is called Enemy Pie. It’s written by Derek Munson, and illustrated by Tara Calahan King. I like this book very much. A boy who has an enemy named Jeremy Ross during the summer. Jeremy laugh at him and didn’t invite him to his party. And so the boy asked for his dad about how to rid of his enemy. He said he has a method. Then his dad help him made a pie named enemy pie. This pie look delicious. Dad told him that to make Jeremy eat this is to play with him a whole day, and so he did. He and Jeremy are very  enjoying playing with each other. While they are playing together at the boy’s house his dad called them it’s dinner time. The boy saws that the enemy pie is still there and he don’t want to let Jeremy eat it because he enjoys playing with him but his dad didn’t seems to notice. They all ate the pie and it’s so delicious. After that he and Jeremy became friends without an enemy. This story tells us that if you have an enemy, just be nice to them.

This book is about a man which is a dentist and one day a woman came to his dentist and gave him two figs for the pay. She says that the fig can make his wishes came true but the man thinks she is crazy. The man wears really neat and clean clothes. Then one day he ates a fig and then the fig made him wear under wears and also makes the tower kind of bend. After that he realized that the woman is not crazy. So he made a wish for the second fig.The wish that he made is he wish to become the world’s richest man.

I think this book is a great book because I think it is very fun!
